Podcast: John & Srajan review the Zu DWX Supreme

  • Two-fer. In this episode of the Darko.Audio podcast, 6moons’ Srajan Ebaen and I dig – for a second time – into the Zu DWX Supreme in order to give listeners two opinions for the price of one. Srajan had a pair of the DWX Supreme for around 5 weeks before sending them onwards to Poland. You can read his review here. I had a pair for roughly 6 weeks before committing my thoughts to a video here — and my DWX Supreme are here to stay.

In this double-team podcast, Srajan and I share our collective thoughts on the disadvantages and advantages of the DWX’s standmount design, their high-efficiency behaviour, the cognitive dissonance of seeing a 10″ driver still (sometimes) needing a subwoofer assist, the advantages of the Supreme edition’s extra burn-in time and this Utah-made loudspeaker’s overall value quotient.
