There won’t be a review video this week. Neither will there be a ‘Letters to the Editor’ post this Sunday. For the past few weeks we’ve been working behind the scenes on a site refresh that a) improves page load times on mobile devices and b) takes better advantage of the screen real estate offered by full HD monitors.
A new version of the site will be rolled out this weekend. Darko.Audio web developer Rene says it’s a 48 hour job so we should be done by Sunday night (CET). Of course, the best-laid plans being what they are, we might meet some bumps along the way that necessitate taking the site offline for a while. Then again, everything might run smoothly and readers won’t even notice the changeover until it’s complete.
